Sarah Todd is a community practice academic and activist (or vice versa, depending on the time of day or the day of the week). She completed her BSW and MSW at McMaster University (where she was a leader in pressing for social action among sutdents) and her Ed.D. at OISE/University of Toronto. Previous to her academic career Sarah worked in women's services and various community-based agencies in southern Ontario. Rooted in a strong feminist analysis, Sarah brings a clear anti-oppressive orientation to bear on her teaching, writing, practice, and activism.
