Author Anthony H. Richmond takes the reader through a collection of essays that focus on the topics of globalization, postmodernism, ethnic nationalism, racial conflict, international migration, and postindustrialism. Within each topic, the author explores the sociological and comparative theories, along with the many aspects that influence policy making, as it relates to refugees and immigrants. He also explores various alternative methods in addressing the issue of ‘Global Apartheid’.
