He regularly comments on citizenship, multiculturalism and related issues, in his blog, Multicultural Meanderings, as well as in the media.
Andrew was formerly Director General, Citizenship and Multiculturalism Branch, Department of Citizenship and Immigration. Andrew has also worked at Service Canada, Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada, Industry Canada, and Privy Council Office and has held a number of foreign trade assignments in Geneva, Los Angeles, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Argentina.
