Perceptions Discrimination against Women in the Workplace: Study Released by ACS and CRRF

Nearly half of immigrant visible minority women say that they often or sometimes encountered discrimination at their place of work because of the color of their skin.

Released in the aftermath of March 8's International Women's Day, the study is entitled "Gender equality and beyond" and looks at how discrimination often rises when gender intersects with visible minority and immigrant status.
