This photo album has been compiled by the Shingwauk Residential Schools Centre. The Centre was developed from the work undertaken by the Shingwauk Project. The Project began in 1979 as a cross-cultural research and educational development project of Algoma University (AU) and the Children of Shingwauk Alumni Association (CSAA).

This resource contains photos and information regarding the Mohawk Institute, in Brantford Ontario, and part of the Six Nations of the Grand River. The album is comprised of photos from Anglican Church General Synod Residential School Photographs Collection (6 – 9); Library and Archives Canada (10 – 11); Woodland Cultural Centre (12 – 14); Brant County Museum and Archive (15 – 16); Edward Groat collection (17 – 18); Department of Indian Affairs collection (19 – 23).

Cet album photo a été compilé par le Shingwauk Residential Schools Centre. Le centre a été développé à partir des travaux entrepris par le projet Shingwauk. Le projet a débuté en 1979 en tant que projet de recherche et de développement pédagogique interculturel de l'Université d'Algoma (UA) et de l'Association des anciens élèves des enfants de Shingwauk (CSAA).
