We are pleased to announce that Rosalind Kang will be joining the Canadian Race Relations Foundation team as our new Regional Coordinator for Western Canada (BC, Prairies, and Northern Territories).
Ms. Kang holds a Master's Degree in Social Work, with a specialization in community development, organization, management, policy, and international social work.
She has worked cross-culturally in various leadership, research, and management roles. Her experiences include grassroots coalition building, implementing anti-racism strategies, community outreach, and supporting multi-stakeholder engagement and strategic plans for the settlement sector. Most recently, Ms. Kang was the program coordinator of the ACT2EndRacism (Asian Canadians Together to End Racism) national network and project consultant for the ACCT Foundation (Action! Chinese Canadians Together Foundation).
Ms. Kang brings over 20+ years of experience working with diverse communities in the local, provincial, national, and international arena. She is based in Calgary, Alberta.
