Jennifer Lynn is President and CEO of Diversity Advantage International (DAI), an evidence-based provider of human capital and workplace solutions. For more than three decades, the precedent-setting work has focused on transformational change in the areas of diversity, inclusion and equity, in the private, public and non-profit sectors.
She leads the company's executive coaching practice and is the creator of its Broadening Opportunity through Leadership Diversity (B.O.L.D.) program, which is designed to accelerate the advancement of culturally diverse executives and managers, internationally trained professionals and Aboriginal Peoples into senior positions in all sectors.
Ms. Lynn is a certified executive and leadership coach, diversity and inclusion specialist, communications strategist and an inspirational public speaker. She is also a mentor for CivicAction's Emerging Leaders and DiverseCity Fellows Network.
Ms. Lynn was a founding member of the National Movement for Harmony in Canada and the first woman of colour to chair the board of United Way Toronto. She was a delegate to the Canadian dialogue for The Hague Process on Refugees and Migration and to the two Toronto City Summits.
In recognition of her extensive and far-reach community service work, Ms. Lynn is the recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal, the Province of Ontario Volunteer Service Award and the United Way of Canada Chair's Award. She also contributed to the book Five Good Ideas – Practical Strategies for Non-Profit Success.
