COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS  Sixtieth session Economic and Social Council. This is the Final Mission to Canada report by Mr. Doudou Diène, Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance. In 2003 a cross-Canada mission was undertaken and this report reflects the issues that were raised by community and government agencies in Canada.
